Pleasantly surprised by their dinner menu as the vibe of this place seems to be more for drinks. They recommended the beef pot pie, which was very filling and homey. They also recommended the roasted eggplant dip- bread was salted, warm, and fluffy, but the dip was overall kind of bland. The oysters were fresh and the mushroom pizza was pretty good, but fairly standard. The grapefruit spritz and dragon fruit sour are good nonalcoholic options. The basque cheesecake was also good but nothing special-the caramel sauce had a slight tang almost like a caramel apple flavor. Overall had a pretty good experience. Everything came out relatively quickly and our server was really nice. Likely would go back even just for the vibes/drinks.

Super cute and chick brunch spot with a relaxed ambiance and friendly service. Food was good, and they gave us a delicious toffee pudding cake to celebrate a birthday. Would definitely go back.

The Allis is a more than a bar or restaurant, it is an experience. Located on the first floor of SoHo House, it is open to the public. From outside it is quite unassuming, from inside, it is visually stunning. From the moment you walk to the moment you leave, you will be warmly welcomed by staff. The non traditional dining area is lux but comfortable. We stopped in on Thanksgiving weekend for dinner after festivities in the area. We had a reservation, arrived a few minutes early and were strayed right away. Our chairs were comfy armchairs near the entrance giving us great views of all the comings and goings. Staff was warm and friendly. The server was knowledgeable about all things on the menu and helped us find drinks that suited our tastes. The manager stopped by and was very charming and friendly. Food was great. The truffle fries are large enough to share. The beef tartare was so good. Cocktails were carefully crafted. There is valet available. Reasonably priced and professional.

My wife's birthday was a Chicago food extravaganza of sorts. One of her absolute favorite things to do outside of going to a good brunch is to hit up a classy high tea. After doing a little research, I found that The Allis was supposed to have kind of low key, high class weekend tea. Nestled inside the SoHo House, this place had a very aesthetically pleasing ambiance. With plush designer furniture, I can see why this is the preferred getaway for the well-to-do. The service was great. The tea service itself left something to be desired. I saw some people ordering lunch items and the salads looked phenomenal. I may have to come back and check that out. Overall, it's a very cool spot to hang out especially if you're into those timeless trendy vibes.

The Allis was the perfect spot for brunch with the girls. So cozy and our waiter Danny was fantastic - he gave us great recommendations, gave us time to enjoy & chit chat and even brought out a birthday cinnamon roll for me which was so sweet. The food was amazing, loved the croque madame and especially the side salad, the oversized hash browns were divine and the ricotta pancakes were the perfect amount of sweet and savory. As mentioned, Danny our server brought me a mouthwatering cinnamon roll which was phenomenal. Definitely would recommend for a girls brunch or morning date.

Enjoyed a quick drink before dinner. The ambiance and decor is really enjoyable for a sophisticated little gem inside of the SoHo house. Great Negroni!

(G)o or no go - go for lunch or for tea, breakfast options are a bit scarce, and they just happened to run out of the ricotta pancakes when we got there so we had to wait till the lunch menu opened up. The server was very apologetic and sweet about it though. (W)ow factor - beautiful interior, very elegant afternoon tea vibes (A)ge - couples in their 30s and older women grabbing coffee with their friends (slay) (M)enu - The avocado toast is solid: it was thick toasted bread with generous portions of rich and fatty avocado slathered on top. The shrimp po boy and soup - lunch deal - was delicious. The aioli and lettuce cut through the greasiness of the shrimp and the bread was the perfect level of crunch. Dipping everything into the soup was an A plus move.
